High-viscosity modified asphalt can improve the adhesion and durability of the binder,and is widely used in the permeable pavement structure.The viscosity of the high-viscosity asphalt material is usually high,and its high-temperature performance indicators such as penetration index and softening point indicators are better.The high-viscosity asphalt materials currently used on the market generally have good temperature-sensitivity and high-temperature properties.However,most high-viscosity asphalt materials have poor low-temperature ductility indexes,and the rubber powder materials can improve the low-temperature properties of asphalt.In this paper,two SBS/waste rubber powder composite modified high-viscosity asphalt materials were prepared,and the properties of the prepared high-viscosity asphalt materials were studied.The basic performance indexes,high temperature dynamic shear rheological properties,low temperature creep properties,micromorphology mechanism and high and low temperature road performance of high viscosity asphalt mixture were studied experimentally.The results show that the two high-viscosity asphalts prepared by the test have high viscosity,and their high-temperature and temperature-sensing properties are improved with the increase of the content of the respective viscosity-increasing modifier.The improvement effect is better than that of polyphosphoric acid.The high temperature performance of the two high-viscosity asphalts is better than that of rubber powder modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.It was found by dynamic shear rheological test that the degree of homogeneity of 1#high-viscosity asphalt is less than the homogeneity degree of 2#high-viscosity asphalt.Through the analysis of rutting factor and critical temperature THS index and zero shear viscosity ZSV index,North American rock asphalt,polyphosphoric acid and rubber powder can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,high temperature performance of two high-viscosity asphalt PPA5#and YLQ5#.the best.According to the equivalent viscosity and viscosity temperature index VTS index,YLQ5#high-viscosity asphalt has the lowest temperature sensitivity,and PPA5#high-viscosity asphalt has lower temperature sensitivity.North American rock asphalt,polyphosphoric acid and waste rubber powder Both significantly reduce the temperature sensitivity of the modified asphalt.The fatigue factor index shows that the anti-fatigue performance of the North American rock asphalt is better than that of the polyphosphoric acid.The fatigue properties of the two high-viscosity asphalts are better than those of the rubber powder modified asphalt.The irreversible creep compliance Jnr index obtained by the multi-stress repeated creep test shows that the anti-rutting performance of the two high-viscosity asphalt binders and mixtures is significantly higher than that of the rubber powder modified asphalt.Through the rheological test analysis of low temperature bending beam,the low temperature performance of the two high-viscosity asphalts is better than that of the rubber powder modified asphalt.The Burgers model parameters show that the two high-viscosity asphalts have long low-temperature relaxation time and high temperature elasticity.The micro-morphology and modification mechanism of two high-viscosity asphalts were studied by fluorescence microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.It is believed that both physical modification and chemical modification processes exist in the modification preparation of two high-viscosity asphalts.Finally,the high-temperature anti-vehicle performance and low-temperature crack resistance of the two high-viscosity asphalt mixtures were tested and found that the high-temperature and low-temperature road performance indexes of the two high-viscosity asphalt mixtures were good.
