With the national economy entering the ”new normal”,the economic development in the Northeast China is still a deadlock. The new round of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China has officially begun. To promote economic development, the northeast region urgently needs to build a developed highway network. However, there is a large area of carbonate saline soil in Northeast China.Because carbonate saline soils have special engineering properties that are different from ordinary soils, building expressways in this area is a very serious challenge. In this paper,Chang ling carbonate saline soil is taken as the research object. The traffic load is equivalent to a triaxial test load.Study the influence of the three coupling effects of traffic load-temperature-Salt content on the dynamic strain of carbonate saline soil subgrade. And stability theory is used to analyze and evaluate the stability behavior of Chang ling carbonate saline soil subgrade. The study on the dynamic strain characteristics of Chang ling carbonate saline soils found:(1)The axial strain of Chang ling carbonate saline soil increases with the increase of temperature and salt content;(2)Chang ling carbonate saline soil is no sensitive to temperature when it is no salt;Ultra-salt is sensitive to temperature; In the case of strong salt and medium salt, the temperature sensitivity is high at temperatures above 0? and below 0? is less sensitive to temperature. The research results of the stability characteristics of Chang ling carbonate saline soil subgrade show:(1)If the Chang ling carbonate saline soil is ultra-salt,the carbonate saline soil subgrade is in a stable and safe state when the temperature is below 5?;when the temperature is greater than 5?,the carbonate saline soil subgrade is easily damaged;(2)In the case of strong salt, when the temperature is below 10?,the carbonate saline soil subgrade is in a state of plastic stability and creep stability, relatively stable;when the temperature is greater than 10?,the carbonate saline soil subgrade is in a state of easy destruction;(3)When it is medium salt and no salt, the carbonate saline soill subgrade is in a plastic stability and creep stability state, which is stable and safe.
