With the development of economy,the effective utilization of energy is becoming an important consideration in engineering design and installation.The heating parameters of one pipe network in indirect heating are usually high,and the design water supply temperature is usually within the range of 110-130 degrees C,and the pressure of water supply is more than 1.0-1.6MPa.This characteristic makes the safety of the heating pipe more demanding in the actual design,construction and operation,especially to the weak points in the pipe network,to improve the stress situation and avoid the accident hidden trouble.Aiming at the heating pipe designed according to the traditional calculation method in a practical project,part of the pipe is damaged in the test condition.Put forward the research direction of the subject.The stress analysis model of the direct pipe and pipe of the heating pipeline is set up through the design of the pipeline and the relevant data of the state regulations.In view of the problems in the engineering,the stress of the soil to the pipe is neglected and weakened by the traditional theoretical model in the process of stress calculation,which leads to the stress of the heating pipe in the engineering.Do not meet the requirements.Through the finite element simulation of the heating pipe fittings in the project.Considering the lateral force of the soil,the stress results show that the traditional method does not consider the lateral force of the soil,resulting in a smaller stress value.In view of engineering problems,the variation rule of elbow with radius of curvature and bending angle with elbow bend angle are simulated in this paper.The results are improved and verified.In this paper,through the existing engineering cases,the stress calculation is carried out through theoretical knowledge and software simulation,so as to study the shortcomings of the traditional theoretical calculation in some aspects of the stress of the heating pipe.Provide valuable reference for engineering designers.Finally,the pipe fittings which do not meet the construction standards are improved and verified again.
