《CJJ/T81—98regulations of buried heating pipe engineering technology》 has beenused as directly buried installation engineering specifications. Its scope of application is theburied hot water heating pipes whose nominal diameter is less than500mm. However, withthe rapid development of China’s heating career, the diameter of buried hot water heatingpipes has reached to DN1000and even greater;. And due to the computational complexity ofmethod of stress classification and method of stability analysis. the application of methodwhich is prescribed by regulations is unsatisfactory, in heating network construction designing,Engineers has encountered some problemsWith the continuous development of computational methods and computer technology,Finite element analysis has been combined with computer graphics and optimizationtechnology, usability and calculation accuracy of FEM software is also greatly improved. They have become reliable basis for all kinds of industrial product design and performanceanalysis. in the field of buried piping designing, finite element software also played asignificant role. For example, in the simulation of calculation of stress, thermal stress andpipe-soil interaction of heating pipes, Finite element software provides us with a greatconvenience. The purpose of this paper is to study the stress analysis of buried pipe and also thenon-buried pipe fittings’ stress problems in large-diameter Buried heating pipes system. Byusing FEM software as ANSYS.etc, Simulating the forces and stresses of non-buried pipefittings in practical use, getting appropriate simulation methods for these two kinds of fittings,In order to get maximum stress in simulated conditions which they can bear. After analysis of many conditions calculation, the following results are obtained:Organize the elbow and tee maximum load conditions in the simulation. Summarizes thevariation of the simulated maximum stress and the fitting function formula of loads and stressunder different conditions; Obtain the maximum load of elbow and tee with different diameter in different internal pressure (1.6MPa,0.8MPa) and different size and effect positionof load (stress load and displacement load). This study can provide theoretical basis forengineering design, and also provide some reference for stress analysis and stress calculationsof design of Buried heating pipe...
