The intelligent electronic-injection engine has already become the mainstream type of marine diesel market in the world at the present,which includes of two key features.First,this type engine has less weight than before,but added more electronic precision elements.Second,it has longer stroke in order to obtain greater power.According to the design,the engine has less stiffness and higher structure,but also increased overturning moment,which due to the more synthesis force composed of the Maximum Pressure in the cylinder and reciprocating inertial force.The result of this type leads to the intensified vibration.Following the advancing technology of marine diesel,it is necessary to seek for effective models for the vibration control.Combined the technology of virtual prototype and the mechanical controlling,so as to the more precise dynamic response analyzing under the multi-excitation of marine diesel,which enhancing the systematicness of analyzing-model and controlling-model.The topics are as follows:(1)The research model is the MAN engine type of 6G50ME-C,which modeling with the 3D modeling software UG10.0 according to the actual parts-data.(2)Import the 3D-Model to the multi-body dynamics software,and following the muti-body dynamics analysis.In the actual situation of testbed,the main vibration mode of engine is Lateral-Vibration.This research is primarily aimed at Guide-Force,and compare with the data of actual measurements from testbed,to verify the accuracy.(3)Use the Simulink module in Matlab(2014b)with Control module in Adams for Joint-simulation,that can be expected to seek the relatively effective PID active controlling,meanwhile adjust loadings and dynamic response analysis on the virtual prototype.Through these work and the analysis results,also applying the Joint-simulation,it is not only avoiding the complex process of dynamic loaded in the traditional analysis,even creating model for virtual prototype.The Mechanical Engineers and Control Engineers also can carry out designing,commissioning and testings in the One VP,which good for sharing data and improving efficiency and accuracy.
