High speed railway in China is the rapid development of "eight verticals and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network has begun to take shape, but its pricing system also needs further improvement. In order to maximize the income of railway, the ticket price of the high speed railway can not be fixed,so it is necessary to adjust the passenger flow with the passenger traffic. This paper adjusts the pricing system of high speed railway based on the pricing model of maximizing the income of passenger ticket, which includes two parts: static ticket price and dynamic ticket price. The fare is static base fare, first to "Qinhuangdao-Tianjin" high-speed railway two seat seat and general speed railway as an example, analyzes the different grades in the same product transport fare adjustment means of transport;followed by "Beijing-Wuhan" high-speed railway two seat and civil aviation transportation economy as an example and the different ways of transportation fare adjustment analysis.Dynamic fare is a differentiated pricing based on static fare.Taking the "Tianjin Qinhuangdao" high speeds railway as an example, the differential fare are formulated according to the train occupancy rate and the law of passenger purchased, and the best ticket price is proposed to comparative analysis. Finally, the paper proposes the pricing strategy of high speed railway ticket price. This study combines the changes of passenger flow and market to demand, and introduces the marketing measures to propose differentiated pricing method, which has certain guiding significance and application value for maximizing the revenue of high-speed rail passenger ticket.
