In recent years,the scale of China’s high-speed railway network has expanded rapidly,the "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed rail network has been fully completed,the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network is being encrypted,and the travel conditions of passengers have been greatly improved.However,the relatively single and inflexible fare mechanism and unchanged fare allocation mode of high-speed rail passenger transport make the problems of railway passenger transport operating income constrained and uneven distribution of passenger demand increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent for the railway sector to follow market demand,deepen the structural reform of the supply side of transportation,and promote the high-quality development of railways.This paper conducts a joint optimization study on the collaborative optimization of discounted ticket price and ticket amount of Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Introduce the theoretical methods of fare formulation and ticket allocation mainly researched,analyze the current pricing strategy and ticket allocation status and existing problems around the actual operation of Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway,and discuss the necessity and feasibility of Harbin high-speed railway to achieve coordinated optimization of fare and ticket.(2)Analyze the factors affecting passenger travel,construct the passenger travel utility function,and determine the source of obtaining the parameters in the utility function.A questionnaire suitable for Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway passengers was designed from three aspects: passengers’ own attributes,travel willingness and scenario hypothetical design,and passenger sensitivity and departure time payment fees were obtained through questionnaire data analysis.With the help of questionnaire data,a model of potential passenger travel selection under discounted fares is established,and the impact of fare discounts on passenger travel frequency and passenger flow growth rate is obtained,which provides parameter guidance for the optimization model later.(3)For the problem of multi-time,multi-train and multi-section fare and ticket amount joint optimization during the pre-sale period,starting from the two aspects of passenger travel difference and train attribute difference,a multi-time multi-train and multi-section flexible passenger flow demand function is established,and the fare limit and discounted fare are taken as the decision-making variables are used to construct a fare and ticket amount joint optimization model to maximize ticket revenue,and solve it by particle swarm optimization algorithm.(4)Taking the Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway as the object of research and analysis,the ticket allocation and fare adjustment scheme under the flexible passenger flow demand were obtained,and the revenue of the optimization plan increased by 1.7% compared with the previous plan without passenger flow adjustment,and the passenger load factor and revenue were improved by adjusting the model parameters such as the exaggeration adjustment coefficient of the questionnaire and passenger sensitivity,which verified the feasibility and rationality of the model and algorithm.The results show that within a certain discount limit,the fare and ticket value optimization scheme of multi-time and multi-train and multi-section can effectively increase transportation revenue,improve train load factor and passenger turnover,and provide some suggestions for railway departments to formulate fare allocation and fare adjustment plans.
