Recent years,reinforced soil retaining wall has been widely used in railway embankment because of its low construction cost and less land occupation.This article first reviews the research status of reinforced soil retaining walls,and then conducts a comparative analysis of the engineering characteristics of reinforced soil retaining walls applied to two different foundation conditions on railways.The contents are:(1)The computationtheory of external stability of geogrid-reinforced soil retaining wall is introduced,the computationtheory of internal stability and the calculation method of deformation mode and deformation of reinforced soil retaining wall are introduced.(2)Pile composite foundation under the condition of Dongjiakou port railway reinforced soil retaining wall and field test of CFG composite foundation under the condition of green intercity railway in reinforced soil retaining wall field test of Mixed-in-Placepile by relying on,buried soil pressure box,flexible displacement meter test element,analysis and characteristics of basement vertical soil pressure,rigid in contrast these two kinds of composite foundation under the condition of panel reinforced soil retaining wall wall of horizontal soil pressure engineering.(3)Engineering properties of reinforced soil retaining walls under two kinds of composite foundation during construction are simulated and analyzed by PLAXIS finite element software,and compared with the data collected from site and theoretical values,which provide some reference for theoretical design and field dat.Comprehensive theoretical analysis,model test and numerical simulation results,summarizing the engineering characteristics of rigid panel-reinforced soil retaining walls under different ground conditions,and providing a certain basis for the future application of reinforced earth retaining walls in railway construction and other construction projects.
