The investment route selection scheme in the feasibility research stage determines the direction and form of the expressway and has a very important influence on the construction and operation effect.Once the decision is wrong,it will cause irreversible loss.Investment estimation is the economic evaluation of the highway investment is an important technical and economic indicators,is prior to the construction of the highway project planning,an important part of the project proposal and feasibility study report,also is the important basis of highway investment decision-making for,investment estimation is accurate for the highway investment control has a decisive role.The paper puts forward that the key of investment plan decision should be implemented in the comparison of life cycle investment.In view of the simple lag of the traditional investment estimation method,this paper adopts the investment estimation model of 3d technology combined with artificial intelligence method to make the optimal decision of highway investment scheme.As the research object,based on the highway,considering from the perspective of the whole life cycle through the PBS for highway project decomposition,analysis influence the highway engineering characteristics of whole life cycle investment estimation,collecting historical data have finished or are operating highway,and carries on the analysis,establishing database of highway investment estimation information data base,for investment decision-making optimization provide valuable historical data.Due to the different engineering case similarity between size differences,based on the analysis of the proposed project engineering characteristics,using particle cluster class model,through the Matlab software in the database to search the similar degree of higher engineering case of the proposed construction project,which can overcome the traditional clustering methods depend on the selection of initial values,the easy to fall into local extremum(that is,the clustering results are not necessarily optimal clustering)shortcomings.On the basis of the above work,the use of BP neural network model to predict respectively proposed the highway construction cost and operation cost 20 years,and then USES the fuzzy inference system of expressway operating costs for 21-100 trend forecasting,summary after planned highway full life-cycle costs.From the economic point of view,the optimal decision of alternative scheme is made based on the optimal life cycle cost.In the overall decision making process,the feasibility study 3 d BIM technology is adopted to establish the investment scheme visual model,make investment scheme visual image display in front of decision makers,auxiliary decision makers choose the optimal investment scheme.Finally,the theoretical model built in this paper is applied to the project of xifu expressway,which verifies the rationality and superiority of the model.
