As a kind of high-quality energy,urban gas brings great convenience to our production and life,but also brings great risks.When gas accidents occur,it is necessary to make prompt decisions and deal with them promptly and effectively.However,at present,emergency disposal work adopts the working mode of hierarchical command.For emergency commanders at all levels,there are also some problems,such as the pressure of decision-making,the decision-making mainly depends on the experience of on-site emergency repair personnel.Rapid decision-making and skilled disposal are the urgent need to save lives and property losses.Therefore,the study of advanced assistant decision-making technology and theoretical methods for emergency management of gas emergencies is the key to improve the decision-making effect and speed,and is also an urgent problem to be solved to promote the intelligent development of emergency decision-making of gas emergencies.Through collecting and analyzing gas accident cases,this paper studied the technology and method of intelligent assistant decision-making.Case-based Reasoning was applied to gas emergency decision-making.It has practical significance in improving the application of intelligent assistant decision-making in gas emergency management.The main contents and results are as follows.Firstly,I went to the gas company for research,a large number of gas accidents were collected,accident reports were analyzed,and the characteristics of gas emergencies and emergency decision-making were studied.The characteristic attributes of gas emergencies were extracted,and the decision-making index system of gas emergencies emergency response level and the case-based reasoning index system of gas emergencies were established.Secondly,I studied the key technical methods and technical advantages of CBR.Learned the 4R cycle model of CBR.Emphasis were laid on case representation and case retrieval.Application of relational database for case representation.I designed and established the case base of gas emergencies,through the SQL Server 2012 database.Thirdly,the emergency decision-making method of gas emergencies based on CBR was emphatically studied.Firstly,the decision-making of emergency response level of gas emergencies can be completed by using neural network model.Secondly,the relative weight of case characteristics were calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the similarity between cases are calculated by similarity calculation model.Finally,an intelligent assistant decision-making method of gas emergency management based on CBR was established,which can help decision-makers to formulate and optimize emergency decision-making plans for gas emergencies.The method was proved to be feasible and effective by the real cases of gas emergencies.
