In recent years,China's railways have maintained a rapid development and have achieved outstanding achievements in both high speed and heavy load..However,In the rapid development of the railway industry,the rail squats is the most serious form of injury in all types of injuries,and it is also one of the most destructive and dangerous rail damages.So far,there is still a lack of quantitative control over the effect of squat on the actual service rails.While the propagation of squat to rails is affected by multiple factors,these factors have a certain degree of randomness.Therefore,this paper studies the law of squat expansion under the single change of each influencing factor.Based on this,it uses the reliability theory to establish a nuclear injury reliability evaluation system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the statistical types and distribution characteristics of the factors affecting the nuclear damage are studied,and the calculation model of rail reliability for service squats damage is established.Using Matlab software for function implementation,output failure probability.Selecting U78 CrV rails for heavy-haul railways,U75 V rails for high-speed railways,and U71 Mn rails for existing passenger and cargo railways up to 200 km.Considering the size of the squats injury and the high-risk area of the unexplained nuclear injury,the reliability of the assessment was evaluated,and seasons were added.Taking into account the changes in the temperature,a change in the reliability of the squats rail was obtained.Finally,based on the results obtained,the reliability index is divided into three standard levels through an engineering analogy method.A reliability evaluation method for squats safety rails was established.Maintenance advice was provided for squats damage rails under different conditions,and the safety and health status of squats injury rails was clearly defined,and manpower and material resources were also avoided.
