At present,the state grid Corporation of China is vigorously developing UHV power grid construction.By the end of 2016,Hebei south network planing UHV projects has eight UHV lines called "four hand in four straight" about 2600 kilometers,the total length of this line along with many important crossing lines,railway and highway.Among them,there are some important 500 kV transmission lines which have been shipped and crossed some points.In order to ensure the important transmission line "a power outage,and at the same time across the" construction.From the construction management unit to the construction unit,both of them must reinforce the management of construction and preparation.Any may cause deviation are unable to complete the goal.This paper mainly study the UHV line cross site construction management,across 500 kV transmission lin-e with an example of Mengxi-Tianjinnan 500 kV transmission.Analysis of the overall project management measures from two aspects of system engineering management system and engineering system.Through a demonstration we sup p-ose a technical scheme of project from three tenders of construction manage m-ent,construction management and coordination control measures.In the pape r we carry out analysis and research on the scene design which is significant t o the investigation of field.Quantitative research,case research and comparativ e research methods has been used in UHV across project management for the e-ngineering practice.The next work proposal is proposed some experience for the subsequent high voltage leaps and bounds.UHV overlapping project has become an important channel.According to the characteristics of the UHV cross section we have fully carried out from the technical argument as well as optimized scheme selection.This paper from management mechanism,supervision measures,material outsourcing countermeasures improves the management route constructions and promote the construction site.At the same time it also put forward the design,construction and subsequent fault planning and maintenance suggestions for the future UHV cross project.
