The operation of oil-filled transformer is usually accompanied by continuous noise.On the one hand,excessive noise can cause environmental pollution which affect the normal production and living condition;on the other hand,the abnormal change of the noise amplitude and frequency can reflect the state of transformer,it is of great significance to realize the real-time warning and real-time monitoring of transformer and sudden failure.But with the expansion of the power system,increasing sampling rate,sampling accuracy and diversified data sources,it is difficult to acquire knowledge rapidly and accurately from the mass and diversified data to descripe and evaluate transformer acoustic state.In order to enrich the acoustic description means,evaluation means,data management means and master the operation state of transformer roundly and efficiently,this paper studies three three key technologies: the acoustic description method,acoustic state evaluation method and data management method of transformer acoustic monitoring.The hardware platform of monitoring system is researched and developed as well.Firstly,the overall framework of oil-filled transformer acoustic monitoring system is analysed,the working principle of the system,the acoustic detection method and the sensor layout are explained;combined with the existing national standard of acoustic monitoring,the method for calculating the acoustic index has been proposed.Secondly,aiming at the main content of transformer acoustic state monitoring,the transformer acoustic description method based on fingerprint model,the transformer acoustic state evaluation method based on the state,process and relationship model,and the acoustic data storage and management method based on XML are proposed respectively.Finally,taking a 500 kV oil-filled transformer as an object,the acoustic monitoring hardware platform is put forward.The application of the transformer acoustic state monitoring key technologies are analyzed with several actual cases as well.
