With the increasing tension in the international situation,our country's demand for development and exploration in the South China Sea is getting higher.A lot of researches have been done by the scholars on the issues like the problem of the tension in the coastal land resources,how to develop tourism resources in the coastal and deep-sea areas in an appropriate and reasonable way,and the problem to successfully conduct military garrison and resource exploitation on small islands that belong to the territory of our country.In the process of exploitation and utilization of offshore resources,the offshore floating platforms will be applied to.For the traditional offshore floating platforms,the surface mooring of structures under different sea conditions is mostly concerned,if there is a worse environment,people will be evacuated directly.In this paper,a floating residential module which can be used for military stationing or maritime tourism is proposesd.In the study of the surface mooring of the structure,the idea of submerging the structure below the surface of the water is proposed and the feasibility of the underwater mooring is verified by the study of the underwater mooring.The specific research contents are as follows:First,the mooring simulation model of two kinds of residence modules is established.The frequency domain analysis of the two structures is carried out,including the study of the structure RAO(Radiation Amplitude Operation)and the additional mass and damping.The further time-domain analysis of the structure is guided by the obtained frequency domain characteristics,including the length of the cable,the water depth environment and the sea condition,and the surface mooring characteristics of the two modules are compared and analyzed.Second,the underwater mooring simulation analysis is carried out for the specific mooring environment setting for the two mooring modules,and the specific underwater mooring analysis is carried out in the form of a relatively superior mooring module.Third,according to the better mooring module,the motion law of RAO under different indexes is analyzed,and the time domain mooring characteristics of the structure in the mooring state of 8 cables and 16 cables are studied,including the analysis of the response law of the structure in different residual buoyancy,different submersible depth and different sea condition environment.Finally,combined with the evaluation criteria of movement and tension,a mooring scheme satisfying the more severe sea conditions is proposed.
