Pure electric vehicles have an advantage in terms of energy and environmental protection, low-carbon and noise pollution, can effectively solve the environmental pollution and resource shortages, or to become a major transport future society.In this paper, a pure electric car vehicle control characteristics to develop the appropriate control strategy and controller that for a pure electric vehicle safety, power and reliability play a decisive role. In the current battery development to keep up with the requirements of the premise, efficient and stable control strategy can not only improve vehicle performance pure electric vehicles, but also to ensure mileage.According to the needs of pure electric vehicle control systems, design of hardware circuit part of the vehicle controller, select STMicroelectronics STM32F107 32-bit microcontrollers as the vehicle master controller chip. According to the vehicle control strategy needs analysis, design a functional and practical and small circuit power systems, Including: power management unit, power-driven parts, switch inputs, analog to digital conversion and acquisition, serial and CAN communication, In effort to meet the stability of the premise, select better real-time and high reliability of the chip.For hardware systems, designed the software architecture, according to the order of priority, by controller main control program selects priority high priority Terminal Services program, Other routines including: driving conditions, regenerative braking, AD acquisition conversion, serial and CAN communications. IAR Embedded Workbench software platform for the preparation, Compiled programming by J-Link or ST-Link to the microcontroller and simulation, monitoring the status of each step variable data control steps.After each of the hardware and software to do the test experiments, to ensure that each module is operating normally, in order to meet the requirements of the appropriate design. Finally, put into use, PC monitor with the data curve for each process, provides a theoretical basis for future research and development of vehicle control, and according to the data analysis and practical case for further improvement has laid a solid foundation.
