The market demand of automobile wheel hub promotes the development of its maintenance industry.However,the defects,such as the surface scratches of wheel hub produced by the process,will affect its aesthetics and service life significantly.At present,Automotive hub surface repair equipment mainly lacks a set of highly integrated process software systems to meet the needs of production and processing.To solve this problem,a car wheel hub surface repair software system is designed,which consists of the measuring acquisition module,data processing module,repair processing module and database management module.Therefore,the system integration and high efficiency can be satisfied.The main contents are as follows:Combining with the characteristics and demand of the repair technology,the overall design scheme is proposed with various process function module.Meanwhile,the key design technologies are summarized.According to the structural characteristics and process flow of the automobile hub surface,the planning method of measurement acquisition is analyzed and studied.The macro program programming method is used to realize the measurement acquisition movement and the monitoring module is designed.Finally,the integrated analysis design of the process software function module is carried out.The motion planning of the vehicle hub surface is reconstructed.And the B-spline curve fitting method is used to model the collected data.Through the pre-analysis of the sampled data,the abnormal of the measured data are excluded;the processing data file is described in form of a combination of G code file,drawing file,and original file;finally,the data communication of the upper and lower position machines is achieved through the Modbus protocol,and data reading is performed.Write interface packaging design.Finally,the experimental platform is set up for test using the designed procedure.The results show that the developed software system meets the requirements.Moreover,the measurement data fitting satisfies the repair conditions.Thus,the experiment validates the feasibility,operability and reliability of the designed software system.
