In recent years,the problem of parking in residential areas has become more and more serious.With the development of economy and the progress of technology,the service function of a traditional stereo garage only providing a parking space can no longer meet the parking needs of the existing living environment,so it is urgently needed to update and improve the existing stereo garage.According to the features of the existing residential environment,the development trend of the vehicle and the change of the user's needs,a new type of stereo garage should be developed to make it a building with strong practicality,appreciation and suitable for the residential community environment,and has a good relationship of human-machine environment.By analyzing the crowd-stereo garage-environmentally adapted constraint relationship,an innovative design program suitable for a small mechanical stereo garage is explored.The small mechanical stereo garage designed by this article is based on the features of the existing residential community.Through the network and field surveys,a sample database of residential quarters was established and typical samples were selected.The evaluation index system capable of measuring the characteristics of residential quarters was collated and summarized using the KJ method.The multidimensional scale method and cluster analysis were used to screen the representativeness of residential communities sample.According to a representative sample,a factor analysis method is used to determine the representative evaluation index of the residential community's feature evaluation.Based on the sample survey of residential quarters,the main component analysis method was used to divide the group and the main needs and values of each group were determined.The ethnography was used to conduct interviews and observations on representative individuals who often use cars in each group to further obtain these items of their demands.Based on this,a demand model of garage for each crowd was constructed.Through the analysis of the environmental characteristics of residential quarters,combined with the architectural design theory put forward the environmental factors that need to be considered in garage design,and construct a crowd-stereo garage-environmentally adapted constraint relationship according to the crowd's features.The AHP method is used to rank the items of crowd's demand according to their relative importance,and the QFD determines the technical specifications of the stereo garage and its importance;according to the physical constraints of stereo garage mechanical operating device,the spatial layout and appearance design of the garage are designed.The design of garage's frame structure was carried out according to the garage's appearance modeling scheme,and three-dimensional model was made.Based on this,ANSYS software was used for static analysis to verify the rationality of the garage frame structure scheme.Based on the user's comprehensive evaluation of the garage's demand items and the characteristics of the small non-avoidance type mechanical stereo garage design program,it shows that it meets the needs of the user group.
