The purpose of product innovation design is in order to adapt to market demand. There are many factors that influence product innovation design, such as functional structure, shape, performance, environment. Product scheme design is the basis of product innovation design, and modeling of products tend to creative design based on image, and at the same time by external environmental constraints, thus the product design scheme optimization, finally get the practical strong product design. In this paper, through the integration of product conceptual design, appearance design and environmental constraints of product scheme design method proposed a miniature stereoscopic garage design program, in order to better solve the optimization design problem.In this paper, according to the user demand characteristics, function principle scheme design of mechanical and electrical products system model is established including seeking general function, the function element analysis and solving, the principle scheme of synthesis and screening. In functional element combination stage, this paper in the directory function based on the number of the theoretical model, synthesis and screening of a miniature stereoscopic garage function principle scheme.Product molding is designed on applying products image perception of users and designers. Through semantic image collection and screening, selection of representative experimental samples and semantic image to extract representative describe word pairs, modeling elements using theory of gray relational degree analysis process, innovative design schemes of miniature stereoscopic garage appearance are presented.A miniature stereoscopic garage environment model is made, and comprehensive design of the design scheme for the appearance of a small three-dimensional garage is created. Finally, the three-dimensional model of the three-dimensional model is expressed in the design of a small three-dimensional garage.
