As the city gradually increase of traffic demand,urban road often require WeiDang construction,such as broadening the roads,the excavation of metro,section modification,etc.And in the construction of the road and intersection WeiDang period is a complicated and changeable traffic environment,the security situation is not optimistic,construction area of traffic flow characteristics and the problem of conflict analysis gradually caused traffic scholar's attention and recognition.Because of the domestic study of construction area traffic flow and the intersection safety evaluation,the lack of quantitative analysis method,therefore,this article in view of the construction area for different road sections and intersections place traveler impact problem,under different WeiDang scheme on the two aspects of delay and conflict establish multipath multimode intersection delay model and conflict counting model,carries on the quantitative analysis.In this paper,According to the existing research results at home and abroad,put forward in the construction area overall height of the typical intersection service level is not reduced to convergence condition to determine the influence of construction method,Within the scope of influence of motor vehicles,non-motor vehicles,pedestrians and bus four different road network delay is analyzed,including for motor vehicles and buses,in the case of a closed and semi-closed,through to the Chen construction area length of optimal model parameters change,have a delay model set construction area road.And will Akcelik intersection delay model is applied to different people,depending on the place had intersection saturation,modify the calculation method of model parameters and get a set of suitable for different in traveler construction area intersection delay quantitative calculation method.In this paper,by using traffic conflict theory,probability theory and methods of traffic flow theory,set up the cross in two phase signal intersection pattern in conflict,the conflict and machine conflict conflict counting model,and through the example analysis of actual observed traffic conflict data to validate the feasibility of the model.Then according to the conflict rate formula put forward the concept of comprehensive conflict rate,by the method of comprehensive empowerment,machine machine,machine and machine conflict rate of the weights assigned to get calculation formula,used to evaluate the safety of construction area intersection.Finally,in order to xi 'an WeiDang half range road section transformation of science and technology as the research object,on different road network is one of the typical intersection delay and conflict analysis,verify the feasibility of the model put forward by the above,and evaluate the safety of the construction area intersection.Research results show that the model can be used for the construction area quantitatively calculate delays and conflicts between different people,and to improve the safety of the construction area intersection has important guiding significance.
