Gear transmission system is one of the main transmission devices,in order to meet the high efficiency, reliability, low noise, low vibration and other properties, the noise caused by vibration has been paid more and more attention.Due to the existence of time-varying meshing stiffness, machining error and installation error, each pair of meshing gears will inevitably produce vibration and shock, and this vibration and shock will be transmitted to the structural system through various parts. Thus, the box produces vibration and noise. In the working process of the gear system, the box provides support for the transmission system by contacting with the bearing. Therefore, the change of the box parameters will also affect the dynamic response of the gear transmission system. Therefore,in order to obtain more accurate system response and better predict the vibration and noise of the system,a dynamic model of the gear transmission system coupled with the vibration of the box is established, and its inherent characteristics and dynamic response are analyzed. The main contents and results are as follows:1.Taking the power shunt/confluence gear drive system as an example,a dynamic analysis model of bending-torsional-shaft coupling is established.Three translational degrees of freedom and one torsional degree of freedom and the coupling between stages are considered in the modeling process. The inherent characteristics of the system structure under the average meshing stiffness are analyzed, and the response of the system is solved by the newmark integration method, and the influence law of the rotating speed and the parameter ? on the dynamic meshing force is summarized.2.According to the idea of direct correction algorithm, the corresponding program is compiled.Without any modal expansion or reduction technique, the box vibration data obtained by experiment is directly used to modify the box vibration data obtained by ANSYS theory analysis.Furthermore, the modification of the box model is realized. The response value calculated by the modified finite element model tends to the experimental value,so that the finite element model which is closer to the actual structure can be obtained.3.By coupling the transmission system with the box,the dynamic model of the gear transmission system coupled with the vibration of the box is established by using the generalized finite element method. The inherent characteristics of the system before and after the coupling box are solved, and the influence of coupling box on the natural frequency is analyzed. The dynamic response of the system before and after the coupling box is calculated by newmark integration method, and the influence of the coupling of the box on the meshing force of the gear pair is summarized.
