At present,most washing and sweeping vehicles in the domestic market use wet dust removal,and the amount of water sprayed in the process of garbage collection and suction is large,resulting in too much water content of garbage in the box body,which is in the form of movable mud.It is not conducive to the accumulation of garbage discharge materials,but also causes waste of water.Therefore,the market calls for the function of waste dehydration and hardening treatment of modern scavenging vehicles.The research results of this technology are of great significance for guiding and improving the design of modern road sweeping vehicles and sucking vehicles,and improving the water-saving performance of the whole vehicle.Based on the cooperative project of Chang'an University and a large environmental technology company in China,"single engine sweeper",this paper studies the dehydration hardening treatment technology of garbage collected during cleaning operation.In this paper,the scope of the research is limited to the cleaning box body,mainly completed the following aspects of work:1.The solid-liquid separation method used in dehydration hardening technology was determined and the preliminary design of dehydration and hardening device was carried out.Performance parameters such as plant capacity,separation factors and so on are determined.The auxiliary devices are designed,including high-pressure water sprinkler,differential,mud pump,collecting device and so on.The feasibility of the dehydration and hardening device as a car cleaning device is analyzed from the aspects of material and power.2.The garbage bin,dehydration and hardening device and auxiliary device of the whole vehicle are modified,connected and designed,and 3D modeling and overall arrangement are carried out by using Creo2.0 software to ensure the organic integration of the dehydration and hardening treatment system and the layout of the whole vehicle.3.The fluid in the device is simulated by FLUENT software,and the movement state of the fluid in the device is analyzed according to the simulation results.The ANSYS software is used to analyze the strength and deformation of the device structure,to verify the reliability of the device structure and to provide a scheme for the axial positioning of the device.4.The main reasons for the poor effect of pressure filtration in sludge plant were analyzed.The permeation effect of sieve tile is calculated and the influence of filter medium on experimental results is analyzed according to general filtering differential equation.According to the experimental data of pressure filtration,the effect of waste dehydration and hardening is analyzed,and two schemes to reduce the moisture content of mud cake are provided.
