With the rapid development of economy and technology,the rapid pace of life in urban villages and towns makes people pay more attention to green,environmental protection and healthy living environment,while garbage sweeper is the main equipment to improve the working efficiency of sanitation workers and create a clean and tidy living environment.According to the principle of people-oriented,it is an important problem to design a more humanized garbage sweeper which meets the needs at present.Therefore,this paper uses the perceptual engineering theory to study and design the garbage sweeper.In order to make the design of urban road sweeper close to the present situation of urban roads in China and improve the working efficiency.First of all,it focuses on the situation of garbage transfer in cities and the types and distribution of road garbage in urban areas.It provides basic design requirements and related parameters for the overall design of urban road sweeper.On this basis,the main structure dimensions and functional requirements of key components of urban road sweeper are preliminarily determined.Combined with the relevant design requirements of road sweeper,the overall design scheme of urban road sweeper suitable for urban road cleaning operation in China is finally determined.The design requirements of the garbage sweeper are determined by constructing the story board,and the design elements are extracted based on the perceptual theory,and the external shape design scheme of the garbage sweeper is determined.Based on ergonomics theory,the main structure of garbage sweeper is designed humanized.By using CREO,the assembly model of garbage sweeper and the supporting mechanism model of road garbage cleaning brush plate and rolling brush are established,which effectively avoids the interference behavior between different parts of the mechanism.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the design of similar products.
