The research of coating technology focused on the printing industry,and the related theories have not been applied to the current coating technology for lithium-ion batteries.At present,no relevant literature on the simulation analysis of the coating window and the extrusion coating machine be found in China.Ruschak,a foreign scholar,has done relevant research on the coating window,so it is necessary to study the direction of the domestic vacancy.According to the work done by an enterprise in Shenzhen during the internship period,combined with the actual situation of enterprises,the coating technology of pole for lithium-ion battery is studied.With the concept of intelligent manufacturing and Internet of things put forward,the application of remote monitoring system based on Internet of things will become possible in coating industry.The purpose of this article is to improve the coating quality and realize the coating of unmanned workshops.Firstly,FlOW 3D software was used to simulate horizontal and vertical coating windows.By analyzing the influence factors such as viscosity and coating speed on coating bead and coating thickness,the coating characteristics of horizontal and vertical coating windows,scope of application,pressure change,velocity change,the causes of coating defects,control of influence factors of coating and improvement measures for coating defects are obtained.Secondly,The numerical analysis of different extrusion dies was performed by FLUENT software.According to the simulation results,the coating quality and the application occasions of different extrusion die are analyzed.According to the simulation results of FLOW 3D and FLUENT,the extrusion die structure is optimized.Finally,a remote monitoring system based on the Internet of Things for extrusion coating machine was built.The remote multi-channel monitoring was realized by using configuration software.At the same time,the feasibility of the remote monitoring system was verified by analog communication experiments.
