The popularization of electric vehicles is important to solve the increasingly serious environmental problems and energy problems.One of the important factors restricting the development of electric vehicles is the charging problem.The realization and application of the wireless charging technology of electric vehicles have an important role in promoting the large-scale promotion of electric vehicles.Resonant radio transmission is the main way to realize wireless charging.In this paper,the topological structure of radio energy transmission is analyzed in detail from the perspective of principle,and theoretical derivation is carried out for the possible topological form,and the results are calculated by Matlab.The calculation results are further combined with the battery characteristics of electric vehicles,and the topological form of the Both sides are in series of the most suitable vehicle is selected as the basic topological structure of the circuit.The hardware circuit is designed according to the theoretical deduction in combination with the design indicator,and the appropriate components are selected.Then,the hardware circuit is packaged and printed on the basis of the schematic diagram,and the paper is sent to the manufacturing plant for circuit realization.According to the needs of the closed-loop system,each signal detection circuit is designed and the large scale battery monitoring scheme is designed according to the actual working conditions.Select TMS320F2812 as the main control chip,design the software control flow chart and the main configuration program of the drive circuit,and select the voltage regulator control strategy through the brief analysis of control strategy.After analyzing the inductance value of the coil,electromagnetic field analysis of different coil structures using Maxwell software with the same coil material,and the coupling degree of the circular plane coil with proportional spacing was the best according to the simulation results of magnetic field distribution and coupling coefficient.Matlab and PSpice simulation software for the system's compensated capacitors,the work frequency and the coupling factor.The experimental platform is set up to verify the system load,distance,coupling coefficient and foreign interference.The results of simulation analysis and experimental study are compared with the above theoretical analysis,which proves the correctness of theoretical analysis.The results show that the efficient radio transmission can be achieved in the case of loose coupling.Load resistance is proportional to the transmission power,The transmission power increases first and then decreases as the coupling coefficient increases,and points out that through the optimization of the coil structure adjustment can make cars in charge under the working distance to achieve the best effect of transmission.It should be noted that the interference caused by metal foreign body must be avoided during charging.
