With the shortage of petroleum,fossil energy and pollution,electric vehicles are rapidly developing with their own low energy consumption and pollution-free.Wireless charging technology is a new type of charging method for electric vehicles.It is compared with traditional wired.The charging method has the advantages of flexible charging and safety,convenient power taking,no contact spark,and has good market application prospects.In order to improve the transmission efficiency of the magnetically coupled resonant radio energy transmission system,this paper optimizes the design of the coupling coil,multi-parameter matching and coil offset in the system,so that the radio energy transmission system works in an optimal state.The main contents are as follows:(1)Using the circuit mutual inductance coupling theory to systematically analyze the principle of magnetic coupling resonant radio energy transmission mode,focusing on the comparative analysis of the transmission performance of series-series and series-parallel.By comparing the effects of load on the output power and transmission efficiency under different topologies in Matlab,the series-series resonant structure is determined as the magnetic coupling radio energy transmission mode.(2)Select the planar circular spiral coil suitable for the two-coil structure in the wireless charging system of electric vehicle in Maxwell simulation,and optimize the design of the coil structure parameters for the purpose of improving the transmission efficiency of the system,and find out through optimization design.The number of turns and the spacing of the coils corresponding to the optimal transmission efficiency of the system improve the transmission efficiency of the system.(3)The key parameters affecting the efficiency of the magnetically coupled resonant radio energy transmission system are optimized.The adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to find a set of optimal parameter matching values,so that the system transmission efficiency is optimal.(4)For the coil offset phenomenon generated by the radio energy transmission system in practical applications,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to adjust the axial distance between the two coils,which effectively improves the transmission efficiency of the system.(5)The simulation model of electric vehicle wireless charging system is built in Matlab.The optimal transmission efficiency of the system can reach 91%,which verifies the effectiveness of the system scheme and optimization method.
