In the past three decades,with the continuous development of China's transportation industry,highway bridges have frequently been subjected to loads and sometimes even experienced overloading.Combined with the aging of bridges and the erosion of nature,they have caused damage and local damage to bridges.With the passage of time,the damage caused by the lack of design calculation theory and construction experience has become increasingly serious.This article is a rigid arch bridge located in Youxi County,Fujian Province,S304.Due to the rapid economic development of Youxi County,the traffic volume in the city has increased significantly.The original structure cannot adapt to the current large traffic volume,which makes the bridge appear typical diseases and analyzes the causes of the disease.According to the cause of the disease,the reinforcement scheme for the bridge was proposed.This article research content:1.Based on the data of the load test,analyze the deflection before and after reinforcement and the percentage of stress reduction,and analyze the overall reinforcement effect.An ANSYS beam element model was established to modify the elastic modulus,density,and stiffness of the pre-reinforced bridge according to the load test data.The corrected theoretical value of the load was closer to the experimental value,so that the model could better reflect the actual state of the bridge.2.Using the modified material properties,the overall finite element model of the Midas/civil space before and after the bridge reinforcement is established,and the overall static force analysis is performed.The key sections are subjected to force checking,and the changes in the fundamental frequency of the bridge before and after the reinforcement are analyzed.Horizontal distribution coefficient changes.3.The finite element software abaqus was used to analyze the weak parts of small nodes,solid belly spans,arch legs,etc.,and analyzed the force changes before and after reinforcement.The mechanical behavior of the solid steel section and large-node jointed steel plate was analyzed,and the local force changes before and after strengthening were analyzed according to the load test.The analysis of the stress of the microbending plates before and after the reinforcement was analyzed,and the causes of cracks in the microbending plates were analyzed.Analyze the stress changes of the horizontal beam joints before and after reinforcement.
