The load of highway bridges have been getting heavier along with the development of transportation industry in the past 25 years.besides.the aging and damage also lead to various disease.The disease of some existing rigid-frame arch bridge are especially severe because of immaturity design theory and deficiency of construction experience.The paper take da-wen-kou bridge which lies in taiqu section of national highway 104 as the engineering background.in view of the disease inspection result and combine a great number of practical bridge test in references.the paper sum up typical common disease of rigid-frame arch bridge and analysis the reason of disease on various parts; Establish spatial finite element model of da-wen-kou bridge through midas civil finite element software to find the weak part such as chord,big joint through analysis the static characteristics; Discuss and study the relation and regularity between dynamic properties and structural damages of the bridge,in which particular efforts were made to study the influences of lateral connection system on the dynamic properties.On the basis of above analysis and disease inspection result the paper gives reinforcement measures;Validate the rationality and effectiveness of the cast-in-place deck measures through comparing the local stress of precast slabs with slightly curved bottom and Cast-in-place slab;Aanlysis the reinforcement mechanism of bonding carbon fabric on the middle span of solid-web section through nonlinear numerical simulation which verificate that bond adequate CFRP on the middle span of solid-web section can raise the flexural capacity and stiffness effectively;besides,the bonding CFRP can also inhibit the cracks occurr and develop effectively. The paper evaluated the workability of the reinforcemented bridge in the last chapter through load test,which indicated that the reinforcemented bridge can ensure the current transportation demand.The paper can provides a reference for the disease treatment and reinforcement of rigid-frame arch bridge.
