Leakage Test And Leaking Water In The Existing Highway Tunnel Research On Management Technology

Leakage is one of the most serious diseases of highway tunnel in service,the safety of tunnel lining structure,the stability of surrounding rock,hole equipment and safety facilities with enormous security hidden danger.Especially in the cold region of western China,the existence of seepage disease will erode the gap beween lining and surrounding rock.The repeated frost would lead to cracking of lining structure,even deformation and destruction,which will endanger the safety of the whole tunnel structure.To solve the problem of highway tunnel leakage,this article based on qinling and Lajishan tunnel seepage projects.The hierarchical governance snookering technology,seepage diseases research,were carried out on the projects.Through the analysis of freezing isothermal freezing and cold regions tunnel,put forward the cold regions tunnel seepage control without using heat preservation measures,the tunnel drainage system in isotherm is greater than the place of the lining concrete isotherm(buried),won't appear frozen diseases.The preparation of waterborne polyurethane plugging agent,waterborne epoxy mortar,waterproof two-component inorganic slurry injection and injection slurry four kinds of waterproof materials,and its comprehensive performance optimization and evaluation.Through modifing and mixing with the mixture,we developed a high fluidity,underwater non-dispersion waterproof slurry injection,serving in micro-cracks and secondary lining after grouting,repairing the damaged waterproof board.We also developed a two-component inorganic slurry injection,used for grouting water plugging.After then,we used these two materials to solve these problems on the projects,and achieved good application effects.
