With the application and development of modern structural theory,high-strength materials,computer technology and construction methods in modern cable-stayed bridges,construction monitoring has also become an important topic in competing research.The traditional cablestayed bridge generally adopts two-tower three-span type.The girder with composite materials has been used more and more.But so far,the utilize of cable-stayed bridges with composite girder and single-tower is still relatively small.The research on the construction monitoring of double-cables cable-stayed bridges with composite girder and single-tower is relatively scarce.In addition,the single-tower double cable-faced hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge is a flexible system with multiple statically indeterminate structures.The structure is subjected to complex forces and the mechanical performance is different from that of traditional cable-stayed bridges.The monitoring of cable-stayed bridges widely studied may not be suitable for this type of bridge.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct more in-depth research on construction monitoring.In this paper,the construction monitoring is studied based on a single tower double planes cable-stayed bridge with hybrid girder as the engineering background.The main contents and main conclusions are as follows:(1)Clearing the purpose and the simulation analysis method of the cable-stayed bridge construction monitoring,adopting the reasonable methods on structure analysis and simulation to predict stress and deformation of the bridge at each construction stage.(2)Determining the displacement measuring point position and test time,the stress test point position,the cable test method and test procedure in the construction monitoring of the single tower double planes cable-stayed bridge with hybrid girder according to the monitoring scheme.(3)Acquiring the test data of elevation,cable force and stress to be compared with the theoretical calculation data,showing that the bridge alignment and cable force meet the design requirements and the construction monitoring of the single tower double planes cable-stayed bridge with hybrid girder is effective.Through research and examples,this paper will establish a construction control flow and method for cable-stayed bridges with composite girder and single tower,which can be used for construction monitoring of cable-stayed bridges with composite girder and single tower and provide reference for similar projects.
