Research On The Remote Monitoring And Intelligent Management System Of Mining Dump Truck

Mining dump truck is applicable for large-scale construction project such as large-scale open pit coal mine,open air metal and hydroelectric engineering and transportation of cement mine.In the adverse working environment,the site management is mainly performed by manpower.High management costs and soft real time often lead to the targets of dynamic management of the construction scene difficult to achieve.This paper uses a modular design concept,studied the structure and key technologies of the remote monitoring and intelligent management system of Mining dump truck.According to the features of mining dump truck and the construction management requirements,the system architecture and hardware selection are conducted,platform framework and remote mobile client terminal are designed.Using the car network technology,information technology,computer communication,network,CAN bus technology,sensor technology,the design provides customers with a high cost performance,convenient management and service mode diversity of vehicle dynamic management system and methods.Realizing the data of vehicle status,operating trajectories,trouble alarm,photos and videos and vehicle maintenance communicate with the platform in real time by CAN and information technologies.The system has been verified in the actual application environment,which proves that the selection of hardware and the design of software are reasonable.It can meet the functional requirements and performance requirements of the remote monitoring and intelligent management system of mining dump truck.
