Research On Settlement Treatment Technology Of Highway Soft Foundation

With the high speed of growth of modern economy,highway traffic mileage get continue to increase.However,the problem of subgrade and foundation uneven settlement is more and more prominent at the highway construction and late operating process.Therefore,the soft foundation treatment is necessary and should be focus in road engineering construction.And with the development of all kind of soft foundation treatment technology,it provide the possibility for the engineering technical personnel to make the comparison and selection of many scheme.However,the selection of the soft foundation treatment scheme is actually a more influence factors analysis process,if just judging by the engineering staff personal subjective experience alone,it is often difficult to choose the optimal solution and has itself limitation.The article has carried on the settlement treatment technology research of the high way soft foundation,the main content is as follows:Firstly,through a large number of data collection,the article analyzes the reasons,common preventions and construction procedures of soft foundation settlement.Secondly,based on the soft foundation treatment project of Zhejiang Expressway,this paper preliminarily choice several kinds of soft foundation treatment scheme,and through analyzed the relation between the various influence factors of soft foundation treatment scheme,used the analytic hierarchy process to stratify the various influencing factors and structure the analytic hierarchy structure model of the road soft foundation treatment scheme selection,then found the optimal solution by experts scores technique.The ABAQUS software is used to perform numerical simulations of FCB and pavement repaving,finally proposing the optimum construction parameters of FCB.At last,according to the actual engineering,this paper research on the construction technology of soft ground treatment scheme,and analyze the road post-construction settlement with LIZHENG software.Main research conclusions:(1)The paving and leveling scheme cannot effectively eliminate the uneven settlement of soft subgrade sections.For the FCB backfill scheme,the treatment effect is related to the buried depth and backfill thickness.(2)The FCB backfill scheme has a good settlement effect on the settlement of soft foundation,and has convenient construction,high efficiency and less impact on traffic.This paper study the high way soft foundation settlement scheme from two aspects of evaluation and engineering application,the results can provide some references to similar projects.
