Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay(GICA)is a rapid immunoassay technique based on nanotechnology.Because of its advantages of low cost,simple operation and strong stability,it has been widely used in diseases prevention,environmental protection,food safety and other fields.At present,the gold standard immunoassay test mainly remains qualitative and semi-quantitative.However,in practical applications,it is often necessary to know the specific content of a certain substance.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a quantitative detection instrument for the gold standard test strip.This paper designs a colloidal gold quantitative detection instrument with high detection accuracy and stability,which is based on the principle of gold standard coloration and LambertBeernlaw.The instrument uses STM32F407ZGT6 microcontroller as the main control chip,LED light with wavelength of 525 nm as the system detection light source,and the silicon light battery to receive and convert the reflected light of the gold standard test paper.the gold standard test paper is pushed through the detection light chamber at a uniform speed to scan the entire detection area by the screw stepper motor.The curve of the relationship between the analyte concentration and the detection value is fitted by the least squares method,so as to achieve quantitative detection.The instrument saves the test result in the form of a FATFS file system on the Micro SD card,and it can print the test result at any time through a thermal printer.In addition,the detector is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen,which is used to implement functions such as key input and result display,it gives the user an experience of friendly human-computer interaction.Finally,the performance of the system is evaluated through specific experiments.The experiments show that the instrument has high detection accuracy and stability,the detection error and the coefficient of variation are less than 2%,and achieved prospective design objective.
