As a convenient and rapid means of testing,the colloidal gold labeling test card has been widely used in medical testing,environmental monitoring,food safety supervision and other aspects.However,this kind of detection method can only make qualitative detection but can't get quantitative data at present.In addition,due to the influence of its response characteristics,the test results need to be recorded manually in a timely manner,resulting in low efficiency.Therefore,the development of a small,accurate,fast and universal colloidal gold labeling test card quantitative detection equipment is the inevitable trend of the development of modern detection.In view of the above problems,this paper develops a colloidal gold labeling test card quantitative system based on STM32 on the embedded technology platform.The research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze the quantitative detection principle of colloidal gold labeling test cards,compare the detection schemes of quantitative detection equipment of colloidal gold labeling test cards at home and abroad,choose the photoelectric detection method as the system detection method,the silicon photodiode and the green LED system optical components are selected as the detection core,and complete the design of the photoelectric detection system.A spring clamp is designed on the structure of the scanning guide rail,which can be fixed for different sizes and types of colloidal gold labeling test cards,thus widening the detection range.(2)Complete the system hardware design,including STM32 as the core of the main control circuit design,system power circuit design,signal processing circuit design,LED light source drive circuit design,stepper motor drive circuit design,human-computer interaction part of the circuit design,data storage circuit design,etc.(3)The system software is designed around the hardware bottom drive and control,which realizes system detection,display,printing,storage and other functions,in addition,the system uses the median filtering algorithm for signal de-noising processing,and based on the signal characteristic of photoelectric test,uses the method of calculating eigenvalues and calibration,using curve fitting equation inversion to realize quantitative detection.(4)Test and analyze the overall performance of the test system,including repeatability and minimum detection concentration test,system accuracy test and system color resolution test.The results showed that the detection system had good repeatability at 1-36ng/ml,coefficient of variation was less than 4%,and the minimum detection concentration was 1ng/ml.The system had high accuracy and good color resolution,and achieved the desired goal.The system solves the qualitative limitation of the traditional colloidal gold labeling test cards,and realizes the quantitative detection of the size diversity of colloidal gold labeling test cards and the diversity of objects to be measured.In terms of performance,it has the advantages of miniaturization required by modern rapid detection equipment,fast detection speed,good stability and high accuracy.
