Hydrogen peroxide?H2O2?is a commonly used oxidizer,which plays an important role in the field of food production,biomedicine,pharmaceutical,industrial and environmental fields.Although the national health and Family Planning Commission stipulated in the standard use of food additives in hydrogen peroxide residues not allowed in food,but some food production enterprises will be cheap hydrogen peroxide as oxidizing agent,bleaching agent,excessive or illegal use of food,resulting in hydrogen peroxide residue exceed the standard,sometimes even cause food poisoning.In order to effectively monitor the use of hydrogen peroxide,it is of great significance to establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide.H2O2 concentration detection method including chemiluminescence,fluorescence method,liquid chromatography and electrochemical method,these methods are based on peroxidase?Peroxidase,POD?of the catalyst to achieve,although POD has high specificity and sensitivity,but by the application of natural enzyme by its poor stability and the high cost limit.And the above methods all need large instruments and in the laboratory to carry out measurement,not suitable for on-site inspection.This paper studies a stable molecular structure,small molecular weight,can simulate the POD catalytic characteristics of mimetic peroxidase:heme peptide six?Deuterohemin-AlahisThrValGluLys,DhHP-6?,it is a heme prosthetic group,has the advantages of high sensitivity,wide linear range,the corresponding speed etc..In the research process,we compared the POD with the maximum absorption peak,the best pH value,the optimum concentration,the environmental stability and the linear correlation.The experiment showed that DhHP-6 could replace POD to detect hydrogen peroxide concentration.In order to realize the rapid,simple and accurate detection of H2O2,this paper also designed a portable detection instrument based on the principle of color than hydrogen peroxide,the instrument adopts high performance microcontroller Mega128 AVR series as the main control chip,the external independent high resolution rate of A/D conversion chip to ensure signal conversion accuracy.The instrument uses high brightness monochromatic LED as the light source,which saves the complex light splitting system.A complete set of disposable resin colorants was designed and the cross contamination between samples was eliminated theoretically.The stability,accuracy and linearity of H2O2 with different concentrations were determined by using the portable hydrogen peroxide detector designed in this paper,and compared with the currently used commercially available H2O2 test kit.The experimental results show that the designed portable hydrogen peroxide detector and DhHP-6 can accurately detect H2O2 concentration,the average stability CV=2.2%,the average recovery rate is 94.5%to 101.1%,and the linear range is 0.69 to 22 mmol/L.The measurement accuracy of portable hydrogen peroxide analyzer designed to achieve the desired target,instrument design has the advantages of small volume,low cost,stable and accurate measurement data,detection reagent and DhHP-6 as main raw material to form a complete detection system,can be used for the measurement of the random sampling site supervision department.
