PMSM has been widely concerned because of high power density and excellent speed performance.PMSM sensorless control with low cost and high reliability has been widely used in applications where the control precision and dynamic response demands are not high,such as fan,pump and compressor etc.In this paper,a position detection method of PMSM based on rotor flux linkage observation is proposed for the application of automobile fan,and PMSM sensorless vector control is realized.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic principle of rotor flux observation.A method of concatenating a high pass filter behind the integrator is proposed to eliminate the DC offset error and the initial error.Using PLL to obtain the rotor flux position and angular velocity,an adaptive compensation strategy is proposed to compensate the angular offset of the high pass filter.The determination of the high pass filter cutoff frequency,the setting of the PLL parameters and the setting of the speed and current PI regulator parameters are studied.In the end,a sensorless vector control strategy with i_d=0 is implemented.Secondly,using Matlab/Simulink to make simulation of the proposed control algorithm.The accuracy of the flux observation,position detection error,steady-state and dynamic performance are evaluated.In particular,the evaluation of the control system at limit temperature(-40?~80?)is carried out.On this basis,make the software design,introduce software design method and process.The key part of the software is introduced to ensure the effective implementation of the algorithm.Finally,PMSM sensorless vector control system for automobile fan is debugged.After the debug completed,the experiment is carried out.The experiment results show that this algorithm can satisfy the application requirement.Then make summary of this paper,point out the shortcomings of the research work and discuss the next work.
