| Power transformer is an important equipment in power system.With the voltage level and capacity of the power system is increasing,the local temperature is too high in the transformer,the transformer and heat concentrated heat dissipation problem is increasingly serious,influence of overheat fault of the safe operation of power system and the harm will grow with each passing day.So the study of transformer internal heat conduction law,summarizes the characteristics of the transformer overheating fault,while development has important significance of internal temperature real-time monitoring of transformer distributed temperature measurement system of transformer internal distribution corresponding.This paper studies the internal structure characteristics of transformer,analyzes and summarizes the composition and mechanism of internal loss of the transformer,the transformer temperature field combined with the basic theory,discusses the three types of transformer internal heat transfer,from the principle to analyze the thermal stability of transformer.Based on the principle of finite volume method(FVM),a 110 kV oil immersed power transformer of temperature field simulation using CFD Fluent software,and the results of simulation results for the load and power transformer with empirical formula method were compared and analyzed,the validation of the numerical method of validity and reliability.The simulation results show that when the transformer is in normal operation,the distribution of the internal temperature field increases from the bottom to the top,and the hot spot temperature of the transformer appears at about 90%.On this basis,through the transformation of modeling simulation software of transformer partial overheat fault simulation,research and analysis of the transformer windings and core temperature distribution at different locations of local overheating situation,the simulation results show that the transformer winding and core overheating of the transformer under the Bureau of the Ministry,little impact on the overall temperature distribution,change only in the region near the local overheating temperature distribution.At the same time,the influence of the unit volume heat rate(i.e.,the severity of the simulated overheating fault)on the distribution of the temperature field inside the transformer is greater than that of the overheated fault area.Finally,the fluorescence optical fiber temperature measurement based on the principle of the design of the distributed temperature measurement system for transformer manufacturers with the related research,and put forward the principle of transformer internal temperature measurement distributed system through sensor arrangement to carry out the relevant tests and simulation research,and conducted on-site installation and commissioning. |
