Solar energy is a kind of new energy which is clean,efficient and endless,not only making the rapid development of photovoltaic industry,but also putting forward the market demand of solar cell test.With the further development of photovoltaic industry,the major scientific research institutions and universities have carried out research on solar cell testing.Therefore,it is very important to study the solar cell test platform system used in university experiment teaching.In this paper,we design a solar cell test platform system for experiment teaching,and realize the sub-module management of the test system,making each module function clear,very suitable for experimental teaching.This paper introduces the components of solar cell test system,the principle of solar cell testing.In this paper,we use high power LED array as the simulation solar light source to replace the original xenon lamp solar simulator,and the whole system structure is optimized,so that the whole measurement process is more convenient.From the simulation to the theoretical calculation,the LED solar simulator model structure is obtained,and we design a reasonable thermal structure by the analysis of the thermal part.The article focuses on the design and implementation of LED solar simulator,As LED lights have a variety of spectral lines,and characteristics of controllability,energy saving and so on.By using the principle of sub-peak fitting,the ratio of different spectrum LEDs are determined.Then we use the same ratio of LEDs to make the simulator,and the sunlight is mixed by optical system.Finally,the technical index of the designed solar simulator is analyzed.LED array is driven by the constant current source,and cooled by the use of aluminum heat sink on the high-power LED surface light source,making the simulation of the output of sunlight irradiance stable and reliable.The whole solar cell test system is composed of hardware control and software testing.The hardware control part mainly includes the design and implementation of LED solar simulator,constant temperature station for solar cell,solar cell test circuit and so on.The software testing part uses the data acquisition card to analyze and process the output signal of the solar cell,and obtains the relevant parameter of the cell slice through the computer programming technology.At the end of this paper,the whole system is evaluated and analyzed.The function of each part can meet the requirement of experiment teaching.In the end,we put forward the optimization idea and expectation.
