?Objective?To assess the accuracy of remote multi-parameter monitoring in patients with cardiovascular disease in clinical and explore the clinical value.?Materials and Methods? We assessed 240 cases of inpatients in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 by dividing them into hypertension group,hypotension group and normal blood pressure group,low oxygen saturation group and normal oxygen saturation group,arrhythmia,ST segment change group,normal ECG group,30 cases in each according to their blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation and ECG.All the patients were given a portable remote multi-parameter monitoring to monitor ECG,blood pressure,oxygen saturation,at the same time the conventional twelve lead ECG,mercury sphygmomanometer and oxygen saturation monitoring instrument in department were also used on the objects of study as a contrast.The results we observed from the ward instruments in all the patients was regarded as the reference standard,with the remote multi-parameter monitoring in synchronous of the above indexes were measured from the remote multi-parameter monitoring such as arrhythmia and ST segment changes,blood pressure and oxygen saturation,we conducted some related analysis to assess the diagnostic accordance rate of the multi-parameter monitor with the reference criterion.?Results? The parameters of the remote multi-parameter monitoring record in blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation measurement were consistent with the reference standard.There was no significant difference between remote multi-parameter monitoring record and reference standard record in blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation measurement(P> 0.05).The identification of arrhythmia and ischemic ST-T changes between the remote multi-parameter monitoring and routine lead electrocardiogram were in full accord.?Conclusion?The remote multi-parameter monitor has a high correlation with clinical commonly used monitoring instrument.Meanwhile,we could offer the effective intervention measures early when being informed timely by the real-time observation,and it has a high clinical application value.
