With the continuous improvement of the degree of automation industry,steel,textile,printing,labeling,paper and other large-scale production industry has been rapid development.In the industry production lines,toilet paper,plastic film,strip,cloth,and coil in the spray printing process,that the departure of coiled material due to mechanical vibration,required to correct control system of roll to complete the rectification.At present,there are problems such as lack of power,weak power and slow running aiming at the control system of light material such as film,textile and so on.Because it reduces the production quality of the coiled material,the high power control system has important practical significance.In this paper,the development and current situation of the deviation rectification control system at home and abroad are deeply investigated.The working principle of the control system is gradually mastered,and the high power rectifying control system consisting of the sensor,the controller and the actuator is established.Comparison and analysis of several rectification sensors,CCD sensor as the design of the deviation of the sensor improve the detection accuracy.On the implementation of the motor to start the discussion,the use of BLDC motor as an actuator and the motor uses SPWM modulation to reduce the torque ripple.The system uses three ring control,and in the control process using the PID algorithm to improve the dynamic performance of the system.In the hardware design of the system,the deviation rectification controller mainly consists of the main circuit and control circuit.The main circuit uses the FSBB30CH60 C chip with the IPM module,which reducing the switching loss and delay.Control loop use STM32F103 series chip as CPU,and up to 72 M clock frequency of the chip can quickly deal with all kinds of information.The system also contains other functional modules,such as the left and right limit circuit,alarm circuit,hall shaping circuit and current feedback circuit.At the same time,the CCD sensor’s light source circuit,CCD receiving circuit and filter circuit are designed.In this paper when the system is designed for software,the mathematical model of current loop,speed loop and position loop of three loop control system are established and each link is designed by one by one.The loop is modeled and simulated on the MATLAB,then the influence of the parameters on the system performance is analyzed.Finally,the optimal parameters are applied to the program design.In addition,the thing that the main program of the deviation correction controller,over current protection program,hall speed program and motor speed control program are designed make sure that the system has good protection function,accurate measuring function and good speed regulation performance.Finally the overall performance of the system is tested aimed at the steady state characteristics,dynamic characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the system.The related parameters,start-up performance,anti-jamming performance and load carrying capacity of the system are analyzed.At last,the system is fast,stable and high power output.
