| With China’s urbanization process accelerating,the subway,which has been the best choice of green public transport,will bring enhancement of speed and strengthen of efficiency to the city.In the process of subway construction,the construction of deep foundation pit is particularly important.On the one hand,as a convenient infrastructure construction,the subway station is built in the core area of CBD or commercial street,nearby high-rise buildings and the distribution of underground pipe network are very dense.On the other hand,there are shortages and limitations in the design and construction of subway deep foundation pit.The section size and excavation depth of foundation pit have increased continuously,with supporting structures becoming more complex,improper disposal will hinder the development of subway construction.This paper takes the deep foundation pit of Wuhan Metro Line 27 Dahualingjie subway station as the research object,explores the application of BIM technology in the construction of subway deep foundation pit from the following 4 aspects.The research background and application status at home and abroad of deep foundation pit engineering are summarized.It is pointed out that there are many restrict factors in the construction process of subway deep foundation pit,construction technology is not mature enough.The application of BIM technology is very urgent and important in the subway deep foundation pit engineering for the whole life cycle of construction guidance.The comprehensive statistics of subway deep foundation pit support methods have been done.the construction attention points of subway deep foundation pit engineering are pointed out.The implementation plan and technical requirement of the key working procedure such as earthwork excavation,crown beam and concrete support construction,steel support installation and removal.At the same time,the emergency plans for foundation pit engineering are put forward.The application value of BIM technology is systematically summarized.The model standard,technology application method,economic benefit analysis and technical implementation plan of BIM technology are explained in the construction process of subway deep foundation pit.Taking the deep foundation pit engineering of Wuhan Metro Line 27 Dahualingjie subway station as an example.The BIM models of site layout,earthwork excavation,geological model,deep foundation pit support structure are established with the use of BIM software;The collision between the internal members of subway deep foundation pit supporting structure is avoided through the collision check function of BIM software,as well as the collision between subway deep foundation pit supporting structure and station underground pipe network;The consumption of bored piles and its reinforcing steel bar is counted through the material statistics function of BIM software;The construction process of earthwork excavation,concrete crown beam and supporting beam is demonstrated through the construction dynamic simulation function of BIM software;Complex construction drawings are generated with the use of BIM software.At the same time,the BIM drawings are made into CAD drawings,then the information can be conveyed between different software platforms.Finally,the deficiency of BIM technology in the construction stage of subway deep foundation pit is described,then the future development trend is predicted. |
