Co-working Space Environment Design Research Under Shared Concept

With the rapid development of Internet economy,the change in lifestyle,and values are greatly changed,more and more people are involved in the undertaking tide,the traditional office space can no longer meet the needs of workers,comply with the Co-working office.The earliest joint office in the United States,the new office as a Shared concept,its biggest characteristic is multiple office team or company to use the same office space,office space cost has been reduced.Its unique design office environment and humanized,regional planning science,whole space open flexible conducive to communication,this kind of low cost and high quality office popular with a large number of small and medium-sized enterprise and entrepreneurial team,a new model of Shared work also reflects the current way of working and living under the age of the Internet.The core of the design of the joint office is to solve the needs of different people in the same space,and rationally plan the functional layout of each Shared area.The existing joint office space is analyzed to find out the possible defects in the design.Through the study of the joint office environment design guided by Shared concept,this paper can be divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,the research background,the research purpose,the domestic and foreign related research,the paper content,the research method and the framework to make the relevant summary.The second part analyzes the relevant theoretical knowledge of the joint office and the definition and development of the joint office,and compares it with the same type of space.Analysis of Shared ideas in the joint office is based on the analysis of spatial characteristics.After understanding the theoretical analysis in the third section is about the current situation of the joint office and personnel demand research,find out the joint office in the office of psychological and behavioral demand point and deficiency,in view of the demand point analysis environment design method.A theoretical support for the research in the fourth part is to specific joint office project to carry on the design practice,the main innovation point lies in the spatial layout and the Angle of the demand side,from the office to integrated design methods to achieve the requirement of the space flexible sharing,finally,the design of the joint office was summarized and the prospect of the future.
