With the growing popularity of the shared economy,a new office format has come into our view.Joint office,also known as flexible office and short rent office,is also known as "create customer space" or "create space".It is a shared office mode that converge resources to reduce office or start-up costs.Its main features are the sharing of an office space,office environment and office facilities for different companies or organizations.People can share information,knowledge,ideas and skills with other teams in a common office environment,acquire and integrate information,and expand cooperation among the various professions.Under the background of Premier Li Keqiang's "mass entrepreneurship,innovation" and the new normal of the Internet economy,this office mode has gradually developed and developed in China.This article will analyze the main spatial characteristics of the United Office through the definition and characteristics of the joint office,and speculate on the future joint office space trend according to the characteristics of the 3 times of the joint office,hoping to play a certain reference to the joint office space design of the present and the future.In this study,the author took part in the observation of the current domestic joint office space through the field research,and conducted in-depth interviews with the customers and collected relevant information.This article will discuss the development trend of the joint office space through four chapters,and the first and second chapters will summarize the main features of the joint office space through the research on the related topics at home and abroad,so as to demonstrate the 3 era of the future United Office through the third chapters.The development trend,finally combined with the theory of joint office space and the study of excellent cases at home and abroad in the fourth chapter in the fourth chapter to design the "Shenzhen Work future joint office space project" to show the characteristics of the future United office space.The joint office space of the 3 era has solved the idle of office resources from the physical space,and achieved the value of effective use of space and sharing the economy.From the exchange mechanism,the joint office space of the 3 times broke through the closed nature of the original space and further promoted the exchange and cooperation between different enterprises.The designers and builders of the joint office space have certain inspiration.
