Housing Design And Renovation Based On Industrialization

With the rapid advancement of the industrialization process in China in recent years,the overall construction quality and efficiency of housing have been comprehensively improved.However,the tandem type,split-type design logic of the main body and the traditional interior decoration construction method have been unable to adapt to the housing.The healthy development not only causes the lack of adaptability of indoor space,but also is not conducive to the subsequent maintenance and renovation.At the same time,due to the large and complex residential system,this article will select the most complex and diverse space covering kitchens,such as the kitchen,to analyze the residential design and decoration in the context of industrialization from three aspects: space design,construction design and construction methods.Principles and methods.First introduced the related concepts of the integration of design and decoration of prefabricated residential buildings and compared and analyzed the differences between the prefabricated decoration and the traditional decoration.Then according to the current status of the kitchen space,the main problems of the functional space are presented and the kitchen is briefly introduced.Space-related basic design research.According to the main problems of space,two basic strategies for the integration of prefabricated kitchen design and decoration are proposed: front-end design and integrated design.1? Predetermining the functional adaptability needs of a fabricated kitchen to the design stage.First,the user's individual needs are analyzed,and then the assembled kitchen space is analyzed and split into parts to compose the components of the kitchen space.Summarizes the layout of interior space and the configuration of parts that fit different family structures,as well as kitchen space positioning and scale control that can be adapted to the diverse landscape of the entire residential system.2? The integrated design of the prefabricated kitchen includes the mutual organization of the enclosing structure,the interior equipment and the equipment parts,and realizes highprecision,high-efficiency production and installation through industrial production methods.This dissertation focuses on the characteristics of the kitchen space design and combs the related equipment parts such as water supply and drainage,heating,ventilation and smoke exhaust,electrical intelligent system,and the integrated layout method between the wall surface,the ground,and the ceiling.Finally,the three integrated components in the prefabricated residential interior system were introduced: integrated wall surface,integrated floor,structural features of the integrated ceiling,parts composition,and construction procedures.The structural features of the two prefabricated kitchens were introduced.The purpose of this article is to provide a new design logic and construction logic for prefabricated building and decoration design and use a representative space-the kitchen for indepth analysis,based on professional theoretical analysis after the proposed the important strategies of design and integrated design are expected to have reference value for the construction of prefabricated housing systems.
