Study On The Integration Design Of Compatible Domestic Kitchen And Guard Modules

With the introduction of relevant national policies and the development of residential prefabrication technology,currently China's prefabricated houses have been promoted to a certain extent,and they are in a parallel state of design research and engineering practice,lacking sufficient theoretical support.According to the national requirements for prefabricated buildings,prefabricated decoration is one of the important contents of prefabricated buildings,and relevant research is extremely scarce at present.As the most complicated part of prefabricated decoration,kitchen and bathroom modules are currently immature and research is lagging,which hence needs to be reviewed and explored theoretically.Combining theory and practice,this paper comprehensively applies multi-disciplinary knowledge and research results,takes the kitchen and bathroom space module of the prefabricated house as the research object,and summarizes and analyzes the problem of the kitchen and bathroom module design theories and cases under different prefabrication systems at home and abroad.By doing so,this paper summarizes the professional and collaborative design ideas and models of the prefabricated residential kitchen and bathroom modules that are suitable for China's development.Combined with his many years of design work experience,the author proposes solutions and countermeasures for the integrated design of prefabricated residential houses which are suitable in China,and preliminarily provides the integrated design drawings related to the kitchen and bathroom modules.This paper aims to promote the integrated design and application level of the prefabricated residential buildings,thereby to improve the quality of the house,save social resources,reduce energy consumption,and promote the process of residential industrialization and industrialization.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,it analyzes the research background,reviews related researches at home and abroad,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,briefs the research contents and methods,and summarizes and draws the research framework.Based on the literature and related research,the second chapter analyzes via cases the characteristics of the design patterns and application of the prefabricated houses at home and abroad,and summarizes the current status of the integrated design of the domestic prefabricated kitchen and bathroom modules.The third chapter mainly analyzes the standardization system of kitchen and bathroom modules,component integration design,collaborative technology application,and general interface standards,and concludes the integrated design pattern and development approach that is suitable for China's development.The fourth chapter further demonstrates the urgency and necessity of integrated design standardization with a set of self-painted kitchen and bathroom module design application drawings.The fifth chapter summarizes the research results of the integrated design system,summarizes the development strategy and development direction of the integrated design,and provides a certain reference for the healthy development of the integrated residential industry.
