With its unique structural form and unique motion rule,scroll compressor,which has many advantages and is widely applied in all walks of life,was recognized as the third generation of new type compressors.However,it is due to the simple structure of the scroll compressor and the small size of the scroll compressor,which makes it difficult to realize the external cooling.The orbit and fixed scroll teeth are intertwined,which causes the difficulty to discharge the compressed heat in the working cavity.When the compression process is close to adiabatic compression,the deformation of scroll tooth will be increased and the working environment of the orbit and fixed scroll teeth will be deteriorated.In order to improve this situation,a scheme for adding water to the suction gas of scroll compressor was proposed.Water not only has larger specific pressure specific heat capacity to absorb compressed heat,but also water acts as a lubricant to form a protective film between teeth and reduce friction.Commercial scroll compressor of AEW15A-0.8 was used as the research object,the size of its core components was measured,and the geometric model of this type of scroll compressor was established.Compression cavity change law with the crankshaft was calculated,and the exhaust port position and size under the maximum free clearance volume was determined.The simplified gap leakage process was obtained by simplifying the established model,and the size of the radial clearance was determined.Scroll compressor working cavity,which was connected with the inlet / exhaust pipe by the interface method,was divided by the 2.5D grid technology.The independence of the grid was verified,and the appropriate mesh size and calculation time were finally obtained.FLUENT software was used to simulate the flow of water jet and non sprinkler in a scroll compressor.The flow and distribution of the internal fluid in a scroll compressor were analyzed theoretically.Velocity field distribution,flow rate and flow of the inlet/exhaust gas,fluid velocity in the working cavity with the crankshaft and leakage velocity from the radial clearance between orbit and fixed scroll teeth were obtained.At the same time,the thermodynamic process of single-phase compression and the endothermic process after water injection are analyzed.,and the formula of water absorption heat after water injection was put forward.The distribution of pressure and temperature field of scroll compressor was obtained.It was found that the main factors that affect the distribution of temperature field were water jet amount and water spray temperature.Therefore,the compression heat will be absorbed effectively by adjusting water amount and the spray temperature,which can reduce the cavity temperature and improve the compression.
