| Scroll compressor has advance of small vibration,low noise in the running process,because of its simple structure,high volume efficiency,which ensures the performance of reliability and stability.Currently s croll compressor is widely used in the air conditioning refrigeration,food processing,medical equipment and transportation and so on.The scroll compressor mainly consists of dynamic and static vortex disk,balance iron,bracket body,crankshaft,anti-autobiography mechanism and other parts.Because of the unique operation mode of the scroll compressor,there will be a lot of frictions during operation and these frictions cause a great loss of power,so that the efficiency of the scroll compressor is reduced and it s working performance has adverse effect.At the same time,the temperature of the surface of frication pair is increased by frication.If the heat can not be taken away in time,the scroll compressor will appear some trouble during the operation,which has an effect on the normal operation of the scroll compressor.Lubrication system is an auxiliary system of scroll compressor,which determines the working stability and durability of scroll compressor,and also affects the economy and practicability of scr oll compressor.Because lubricants can reduce the operating friction and contact surface wear,decreasing temperature,deformation and play a role in damping and sealing.In the overall design of scroll compressors,it is necessary to consider the installa tion of high-performance lubrication oil supply system.The model of the leakage model and the lubrication system containing the leakage clearance is established according to the prototype.For the problem that the leakage between the scroll compressor housing and the principal axis has an influence on the oil supply performance of the lubrication system.Three-dimensional dynamic simulation of the flow field of the lubricating oil under different gap between the spindle and the shell,the different speed o f main shaft and the shape of the different oil storage tanks in the casing were carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The influence of the gap between the shell and the spindle,speed of spindle,shape of oil storage tank on the ch aracteristics of the lubrication system in the scroll compressor and its change rules were obtained.The results show that with the gap between the scroll compressor shell and the spindle increasing,the leakage of the lubrication system increases.While the speed of spindle of scroll compressor increases,the leakage of the lubrication system declines.When the shape of the oil tank is rectangular,the leakage of the lubrication system is the smallest,In the model of oil supply system with clearance,th e changes of flow rate and the leakage volume are opposite.The rationality of the analysis model is proved by the comparative analysis,which provides a reference for the structural optimization of the lubrication system in the scroll compressor,the oil distribution and the performance of the scroll compressor. |
