Direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has attracted wide attention due to its fast response and strong robustness.In order to solve the problem of torque and flux fluctuation,this paper uses model predictive control algorithm in direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor to suppress torque and flux pulsation with the characteristics of algorithm rolling optimization and feedback correction,and on this basis,the following improvements are made to the direct torque control of model prediction:using space electricity.The correlation theory method of pressure vector subdivision increases the number of predicable voltage vectors and improves the prediction accuracy.At the same time,based on the relationship between the torque change rate of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the AC axis component of the voltage vector,the prediction operation is simpli fied and the applicability of the algorithm is improved.The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by simulation software.The AC speed regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed and built with STM32F103 microcontroller as the main chip.On the basis of this hardware platform,the system software is designed with IAR,including the starting of the motor,the sampling and control of current,speed and quantity,and the realization of the direct torque control strategy of model prediction.Test and verification are carried out on the hardware platform.The experimental results show that the optimized model predicts the sinusoidal and high harmonics of the phase current waveform of the system,and the simplified algorithm makes the system running time significantly reduced.
