Nowadays,informatization has involved multiple industries and is also recognized by various industries,including power companies.With the development of information technology,in order to allow the power network system to operate safely and steadily,major power companies will gradually apply it to the construction and maintenance of power grids.Driven by the informatization situation,PHM technology was introduced in the operation and maintenance of the system to detect system faults in real time.When abnormal data were detected,the cause of the fault was identified and a solution was provided to the operation and maintenance personnel.However,due to the complexity of the system,although the data shows anomalies,the system can still operate normally.In view of this situation,the technology can be used to analyze the data that has occurred abnormally,and the prediction model can be used to predict the failure earlier,and it is convenient for the operation and maintenance personnel to provide technical support and truly achieve intelligent operation and maintenance.This thesis is based on the experimental data of the laboratory project "Energy-based Internet-based Equipment Condition Early Warning Big Data Integration Platform".Based on the experimental data of the platform,the internal equipment of the laboratory was used to design and initially realize the intelligence based on fault prediction and health management.Operational maintenance system.In this thesis,firstly,based on the background and significance of the research,the trajectory,principles and components of the PHM technology are introduced in detail.Based on this technology,combined with the actual situation of the power network system,the function of the operation and maintenance system model is designed,and the use case diagram is fully explained.After that,it describes in detail how each module is implemented,including the use of technology,principles,usage algorithms,models,and so on.Finally,the actual results are presented through an example graph.This thesis combines the PHM technology with the operation and maintenance of the power network system,and confirms the feasibility of this technology in the field of fault detection and health management.After theoretical exploration and experimentation,the realization of PHM technology has played an active role in promoting intelligent operation and maintenance.In addition,this thesis makes follow-up arrangement on the security of data,the use of logs,and health management modules,and clarifies the next research direction.
