Plant management is one of the important parts of business management, playing a guaranteeing role with long-term development to enterprise present production. Maintenance includes a series of technical and administrant measures intended to retain a functional unit in, or to restore it to, a state in which it can perform its required function. And maintenance management is the main Equipment management in running stage.This paper researcher the theory of equipment preventive maintenance, and puts forward a preventive maintenance management models under AMS according to equipment preventive maintenance theory. On the basis of it, this paper goes on with following several researching work.Firstly, this paper analyzes the laws of equipment failure process. On the basis of which, this paper estimates statistically probability-distributing density function of failures of equipment by applying method of reliability-life-distributing-modeling, analyses the whole process quantificationally and qualitatively -the collecting of failure data, the choose of distributing-modeling, parameter estimate and failure-distributing-fitting test, and achieves computer arithmetic.Secondly, on the basis of the maintenance theory model, this paper studies preventive maintenance policy and seeks for a mathematical model linked to practicalities to solve optimal maintenance period considering maintenance cost and engineering practice.Thirdly, based on the maintenance frame of commonly Factory, maintenance management information system is designed and developed.This paper puts forward preventive maintenance model on the basis of process, considers synthetically all kinds of maintenance methods and running-condition, and educes maintenance decisive, including choose of maintenance methods and fixing on maintenance period.
