The wedge type one-way clutch can realize power transmission in one direction,due to good performance,widely used in electric vehicles,motorcycles,medical equipment and other industries in the transmission system.During the processing and assembly of wedge type one-way clutches,many factors(incidental and abnormal)affect the quality of the clutch,so we need to control the quality of it,make the production conditions appropriate to the technical requirements of the product.The study of quality control technology has important effects on the performance characteristics,service life,reliability,and safety characteristics of wedge-type one-way clutches.This paper analyzes and studies the contact characteristics,quality control points,process capability,process optimization and other issues of a certain type of wedge type one-way clutch through theoretical analysis,simulation analysis and test methods.(1)According to the structure and working principle of wedge type one-way clutch,using the method of finite element simulation analysis,the static contact characteristics of the clutch work surface are analyzed.First,use UG10.0 to model and simplify the clutch.Then,use finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench15.0 to establish the finite element model,the displacement deformation,contact pressure and other parameters are simulated and analyzed,Explore the influence of each parameter.Finally,the effect of different friction coefficients on the clutch contact characteristics is analyzed,it provides the basis for structural parameters design,optimization and quality control points of the wedge-type one-way clutch.(2)Analyze the machining and assembly process of wedge type one-way clutch parts.for the assembly quality of wedge type one-way clutches,Explore the connotation of the clutch's main assembly technical indicators and its impact on clutch performance,Analyze the impact factors of each technical indicator,and give the test method of technical index,Provide a basis for the establishment of quality control points.(3)According to the analysis of the assembly quality and working plane contact characteristics of the wedge type one-way clutch,the main content of controlling the qualityof key processes was proposed.Combined with the actual production of the company,the statistical steady state and technical steady state of the key control points are analyzed by using the control chart tool,Make an evaluation of the process capability and put forward the control measures.(4)The process parameters were optimized and analyzed through the orthogonal test.Then The influence of each technological parameter on the control point was explored and the optimal combination was found out.The optimization was verified finally.The research work revealed the main factors and its laws affecting the quality of the wedge type one-way clutch,Enriched the design theory and quality control method of the wedge type one-way clutch,Improve the product quality and market competitiveness of the enterprise.
